If you are having difficulty in hiring workers with the skill sets your company needs, the following programs can help offset the costs of training:
- Expanded Subsidized Employment (ESE)
- On-the-Job Training (OJT)

If you are a small business looking for financial assistance, we have a program known as the Merced County Microbusiness COVID-19 Relief Grant.
